Are they going to test the Nationwide Car too ?
Robby usually does test the NW car along with the Cup car when he tests.
I just hope our Nationwide stuff is still up to snuff....

It's been a while since RGM ran one....would hate to see a stupid mechanical issue ruin a great day
I remember when Robby was on trackside in Sonoma, they made mention of how they were all impressed at how advanced Robbys road course cars were (and I have heard them say that in the past about his rc cars during practice and quals). So what im hoping is that he treated the nationwide cars the same way and that, maybe if they were advanced when he drove them last that they will be good now. I'm sure he will be ready, he did say on that same show that he loves building stuff that goes fast just as much as he loves racing them, and we all know he takes pride in what they build. I'm just excited to see him in one extra race! but yeah mechanical issues are allways lurking around the corner it seems.
I hear ya , the car is like 5 - 6 years old now . but as long as they test , it shoud be ok . I hope . . . . . . .
Thankfully Na$crap ISN"T using the CrapOfTomorrow NW cars on road courses yet.So Robby's older road course car should be good to go.Road Race set-ups haven't changed hugely like bump stop set-ups (oval Cup) or coil bind stuff ( oval NW/Trk).
IMO
Hey Mike how much different is the road course car verse the mile to mile and a half car. I guess what I am asking is , is there more freedom to tweak suspension, big brakes, etc?
This is cool, not sure if posted already or not.... on Jayski's, paint schemes photo on his Cup News page, has pic of Rob's Speedfactory car
Is anyone else having trouble viewing episode #6? When I click on the link to watch it says "this video is hidden".
I've been able to watch all of them but #6. Same thing happened to me.
I don't know what took me so long, but I just started watching the SpeedFactory videos, and they are truly FANtastic! This is exactly what we RG fans have been waiting for - a real glimpse behind the scenes of one of racing's most exciting personalities and most diverse operations. Thanks to everyone involved for putting this series together!
Indy was discouraging and the previous race was discouraging as well.

For the sake of his fans, I'm praying that Robby can find a way to bring some positive energy to episode 8. Tomorrow will tell, I guess.
