WOW! Great Episode again. Love how Rowdy is capturing the true emotions of Robby and the team...highs at Sonoma & Daytona and lows at Chicago. Real stuff.

I know it's suppose to be about Robby, but Gene is the show stealer. From "Stiffy Mobile" to "setting off fire alarms with a shower"...you can't write stuff this funny! If you listen to scanner during the races you get to see alot of this side of Gene too...from Gene telling a crew member at Daytona, "One more word and I'll knock your f***n teeth out!"

Robby's fans are truly privelaged to have such access.

Good to know Mapei has some more races.
Although I would love to see them in all the races; they are obviously having trouble with their intermediate track cars and need to step up on those, so S&P may not be a bad idea running enough lap s to get data to help them get the cars better. Running a bad car has to be very frustrating! Robby is so overextended, you can certainly understand the emotions; I probably would be livid if I were him after last week and with all the stress, I don't know how he does it. As for Speed Factory, it is a great concept, but don't be compelled to show NASCAR every week. Do some episodes on the trophy truck, testing, interspersed with Dakar preps, etc. reflective of all the things the speed factory has going on. It is a fine line between keeping it real and showing all the low points
I assume when the TT makes its way to Primm, the Speed Factory will be there....

And then after the season its full blown Dakar mode shortly after the NASCAR season winds up right?
yes it is.. The week after the checkers fly at Homestead ( even if the #7 won't be there ) this site will convert to full-blown Dakar mode, with lots of great new features , etc, that I cant comment on at this time. Just need to weather the storms in-between.
I know that things evolve on a day to day (maybe even hour to hour) basis, but after things settle down and maybe some decisions on races are made - do you think there will be a tentative schedule of those races they are not planning to go to? I am going to Bristol, Atlanta, and Talladega - so hope we'll see the RGM team at one of these.
Not saying he is going to miss any races, just saying don't be surprised if he does or is forced to s&p a few of them.Robby will do whatever makes sense for his bottomline
My hunch is that Robby would definitely be running the full race in both Atlanta and Talladega.
So I shouldn't say anything about the Dakar 3D project?
Building the PC now. My 240 40 " should work just fine, but 150 bucks for the shade's?............oh well.......LOL
YES, THAT'S WHY THIS SITE IS THE BEST. RIGHT-ON TOG, BEST NEWS TODAY.
So the #7 won't be in Homestead? Guess I'll sell my season tickets! Maybe I invited Jaci down too early... Sure wish NASCAR would schedule this race for a weekend other than the Baja 1000.
Not saying he will miss the race at Homestead, just saying regardless if he does or doesnt, this site will not switch to Dakar mode until after the Cup season ends.
