Maybe he made that decision because "note sharing" wasn't part of the Technology/marketing deal?....even with that said...why not use their chasis...not like they can get much worse perfomance

I don't think the way he is running looks good for GEM either especially with Robby throwing them under the bus a couple of weeks ago. I think that they would share at least some notes with him. The way it currently is they have no freakin idea what to do to make the car better. That is another thing too. A chassis needs to have the ability to be adjusted. You will see a lot of the top echelon teams suck "off the trailer" but then they are able to adjust the car and they get better. Robby's cars may be great one day and terrible the next and when they get terrible they are never able to get them back to being good again. Now, that can be the fault of the road crew but it can also be caused by a chassis that doesn't take adjustments well.
