Yes, Robby got permission from Richard Childress to use the #07
Maybe this is a silly question, but....

If Penske closes the #77, would Robby have any interest in purchasing that number (if it was for sale of course and what's something like that cost....

Just curious.
not a chance in hell.
Though... The very first, second RGM entry to hit the track was the #77.

Richard Childress has no use for the 07 now that Jack Daniels is gone.
Interesting Sponsor on the 09, when Landon Cassill a JR Motorsports protégé was in the car last week and hendrick on the car this week I am beating the two team up next year for Kahne.
I think you are right. It will be interesting to see if they start racing at some point instead of S&P. It's too late to get into the top 35 for the first part of next year, but they will probably be able to buy someone out at the end of the year.

Odd entry sheet. No Ron Fellows? No one gets around the road courses quite like Michael Waltrip!
Nationwide race kind of killed any chances of seeing more ringers... looking forward to seeing that entry list as well.
The 55 has ran all year, i guess Prism felt that Mikey had a better chance to qualify than McDowell
Can't wait for Friday.

Hopefully Robby can put himself in the top 10 and PJ can find enough speed to get in.
I had a hunch FRM would put Gilliland in the 38. Kvapil isn't exactly a hot shoe when it comes to qualifying on the roadies. Travis will start 40-something.
