Yeah but back in the day they called them field fillers and drivers such as Poncho Carter would run at Pocono and even though he was at the back of the pack he still ran the race and wasn't in it for the purse like these guys today. Maybe because it has become too costly to race, but still life was simpler back then.

well, I hate to jinx it - but the two races I have attended this year so far were Daytona and Atlanta - so ya'll keep that in mind when doing your picks this week !!
