Thought I would drop you guys a little note and tell everyone what a great job Robby did last night, we started the weekend with the same setup that I had used in the fall race w/ MW, we had to make a few changes to it because it seemed as though the tires were a little different this year. We ended up getting the car pretty good in second practice and felt like we should have qualified in the top 15. Robby did overdrive the car a little on the second lap but that was because we sort of messed up and gave him his first lap time in the middle of the second lap, he did not think it was good enough and over did it in 3 & 4. Started the race and the car was pretty good and very good on a long run, we made very small adjustments all night. The pit crew needs a little work, but overall did a good job. It was a pretty fun night all in all.

Gene, Great job mate! Glad you will be back next weekend in Texas and hopefully again beyond that. The team responds well to your input and leadership. So apparently, does the driver!
Great job Mr. Nead!
Gene,
Awesome job and nice to see you back involved some with RGM. Now we got to get you talked into full time with RGM.
that was the best the car looked in over a year thanks for the effort gene and crew .makes us proud to be robby fans with runs like that .
Gene Gene the winning machine! THANKS!!!!
Thanks Gene you may have saved the season with that one race!
Pretty much everything everyone else said...and that's awesome you're going to Texas! You'll look good in Monster Green!

I can CC Talladega....I mean thats about as easy an assignment there is...lol :)

Which gives you a few weeks to sort out your schedule and get back for Richmond and Darlington!
Thank you, thank you, Gene! It was an exciting race and an exciting time on the Robby chat here during the race!
And especially a big thank you for taking the time to drop us this nice note.
Very Cool Gene
Pretty loyal group here waiting for good news
Thanks
Set the car up like POS fall race. Gotta love it! The pit crew needs a little work (means they need alot of work). NEAD to get 2 tear-off and two tire terminology straighten out. Must have a little authority because Robby was begging like a little kid to please let in come in to get four tires. Maybe should have taken two. I only say this because Kyle claims he lost because six guys beat him off pit road taking only two. Staying on the lead lap all day and only making minor adjustments was fun.
Thanks, and keep up the good work.
2 tires NEVER work for RG.....
No such thing as NEVER or ALWAYS
