Monster Truck?

I have been a Robby Fan for many years. Yea, I take a beating from my fellow gearhead friends

for that fact but I just cant defend this Moster truck thing. Is it just me or what?.Moster trucks are cool if your 5 years old other then that there lame.... Can some real racers back me up on this?

Monster trucks themselves are cool.. I mean it's all about big.. Big horsepower and Big machines..

now I do agree that the so called "racing" on the monster truck circuit is geared towards kids had has that wresting theme to it.,

What ever Robby does, he has my support. Robby is the best off roader there is, he has no fear. Monster Truck Racing is not just for the kids to watch, I am 56 years old and love the sport.

Just be glad RG's resilient, doing what he's got to do to keep him on a track of some sort for us to enjoy. I don't even waste my time defending him, seem's it's love em' or hate em'. Totally with ya on the Monster truck thing, i just heard an add spot on radio for it and kinda cringed just thinking RG's name will probably be in those coming up- It's all good though, hopefully just the shirt sale's alone will pay off those Triad Motor's, or get some more shet for the shop-it's just tough time's, not a lot of money out there to eat, let alone race- he's just Making it work,jmo

Keep it in perspective.

Haven't any of you ever taken a part time job in addition to your full time job in order to keep your house, pay your bills or keep food on the table? How many Americans today are doing whatever they have to in order to keep their heads above water, or to keep the business they started from scratch? What kind of job would you take if it meant keeping the lights on, or keeping your dreams alive?

Monster trucks are a lucrative entertainment business, so why not take advatage of the money and EXPOSURE? Considering the importance of appealing to the masses in order to secure sponsorship money, this could be a great way for Robby's entertainment value to pay off. Does anyone think he may actually have some FUN doing this?

I commend Robby on seeking new ways to stay afloat, and am not embarrassed at all with his plans this year. How can you not respect someone that somehow keeps himself in business despite all the doors that have closed? Let's see.....Fighting for your business, and the ability to control your own future, or selling everything and putting that control in someone else's hands....

I admire Robby's perseverance and success in retaining his own race team. There isn't another INDEPENDANT owner/driver out there that has done what he has been able to do. He is a one of a kind, forging his own path, and his independance is why so many of his fans respect and admire him. Lame? I think not!
