What do you all think about Robby's 2010 plans?

It sounds like Robby may not be running the full cup schedule, and that may disappoint alot of Robby's hardcore nascar fans. But what he plans on doing during his "off-weeks" has me absolutely excited. Robby says he is looking hard at running the Indy 500!! That alone would be awesome. But add in running the X-games rally race, building and (hopefully) running a monster truck, and running the Baja 500 & 1000. That is unbelievable. I am definitely looking forward to what 2010 will bring us as Robby Gordon fans, and I think it was worth the wait. What do you think??

Monster Trucks?? Brilliant, should have funding for a full season just of shirts sales, Seem's like people don't like to hear the "Nascar just pay's the bill", well you won't have to any more, Monster Trucks- Brilliant, I can already see the line forming around the entire stadium for a shirt, Come on Mom, PLEASE!!

Sounds like Monster is really stepping up to the plate. They just kicked Ken Blocks sponsorship up to WRC. Maybe thats a tie in for the X-Games. Could we see Robby in the next Gymkahna video? Maybe Block in a DC sponsored RGOR ride @ Dakar 2011? Robby in a Monster Truck, knuckles up vs Gravedigger? WOW, go big or go home Rob!
It sounds to me like Robby hired Schrader as his his travel agent,& then got him hooked on Monster......

Very true about Monster Trucks not being racing, but it is motorsports news. Plus we all know Rob's obsession with the accelerator goes far beyond lap times. IMO, Monster still doesn't want to jump full on into nascar, so they offered this to RG. He's going to go be a showman of motorsports. Seems to me, it'll be on Monster's dime. This plan will give Robby & RGM FAR more exposure than what a 30 something points car gets in Nascar. Personally I want to see him go with this plan THIS year. We'll see what that does for the 2011 RGM finances.

RG is also into BMX, PBR, Power boats, PGA, UFC, sprintcars, hear monster wants to build an Air Plane to race too!! LOL He has alot on his plate. Did give the shout to the page, htat was so cool

No way that brute of a rig will run the x-games course. Might as well bring the the monster truck to Dakar next year. My best guess is Block's vacated Monster/DC Subaru will be in the mix

I just wish and hope that the Monster Energy car in Daytona has all the 7's on the car painted the Monster Green, so we can see him all the way to the checkered flag!!
