In a recent "spoiler test" for the 2010 season. The guys allowed to conduct the test were Kurt Busch (Dodge), Tony Stewart (Chevy), Greg Biffle (Ford) and Brian Vickers (Toyota). Again, allowing more notes, test time and advantage to Chase contenders.

Nascar needs to make it fair. This isn't just a cry for our guy Robby Gordon, but what about the other teams? Tony Stewart was involved in about every test session last season. Every team needs to be trated fairly. These are suppose to be the best drivers in the world. I can remember when drivers like Dave Marcis did most of the testing.

Hire someone retired like Ricky Rudd, or allow only Nationwide & Camping World drivers that aren't full time to conduct tests. Use the Rookie status, allow only drivers that have run less than 7 Cup races to participate. I really don't care what criteria Nascar uses, but quit letting Chase drivers conduct every test!

The disadvantages are getting larger. Nascar needs to create a format for ALL testing that makes it equal. Require tests to run all manufactures, can use only 1 Chase driver, 1 Top 20 driver (outside The Chase), 1- Top 35 driver and 1 outside the Top 35. Just something on a level palying field!

I agree it's not right all the big money outfitts get the avantages of the testing and the one car team can't get ahead it needs to be fair to all

I seem to miss Tony's name in the majority of those tests...

and the INDY ones really dont count as they threw everyone and the kitchen sink there to figure out the tire so as not to repeat the debacle from 2008...so that was whoever can test all hands on deck type thing..

With all the multi car teams out there it just seems like the same drivers go...but they do mix it up...and in all honesty whats more beneficial to goo dyear...Hendrick or Rousch guys tire testing or Erik Darnell? lol
I said Tony in tongue-n-cheek. Actually looks like the 12 car had the most test sessions.
