Hope this is true and not a nascar rumor. Two buddys to bounce things off each other.Go David and Robby...hoping anyway.
Will they plan on having David in the car all year is the question? I think the #49 would benefit most from having only one driver all year, but I have a feeling that Mr. Gilliland may not be the only planned driver. Of course, I'm not the one writing the checks. Ultimately, Warner music Nashville may have a very large say in which driver would most benefit their image. I think Robby would feel comfortable with David in a RGM-built car.
SoCal baby!
David and Robby seem to have some form of communication from the race in October/November whe DG quall'd the 7 car. I hope they can work together well.

California Racing!!
Twitterville reporting Gilliland to drive the #49....
VIPFanExperience.com The BAM/Warner Music Nashville VIP Fan Experience car will debut at Daytona with David Gilliland behind the wheel! “We’re thrilled to have David driving for BAM,” commented Beth Ann Morgenthau, co-owner of BAM Racing. “The combination of David’s driving ability and the technical alliance with Robby Gordon Motorsports ...should produce great results at our debut at this year’s Daytona 500!”
Noticed in the official Press Realease it states David Gilliland will be the driver for the Daytona 500 (no mention of the 2010 season, just that race) have to think there's something more that ties Robby Gordon to this deal than just an alliance. Wonder if we see Robby sporting Warner sponsorship on the #7 or something similiar if the #49 fails to qualify...be interesting to see how this deal plays out...stay tuned!
ALL RIGHT!!! A team mate who can be a partner in a lot of ways. Welcome to all of you here from Gilly's Gang!
Exactly...fully expect to see Harvick become the 3rd Stewart Haas car next year...and Tony will transfer his Owner Points to him to protect Harvick and use his PCP to lock himself in for the first 5 in 2011....(as only JJ's PCP can trump Stewarts...and he will not need to use as I am pretty sure all 4 Hendrick cars will end 2010 in the top 35...lol)
Though perhaps Robby takes Harvicks spot? ;) LOL Stirring up the pot!
what's interesting, SHR is going to have a 'crew' for BLabonte for 2010, preps for 3rd team?
I kinda expect Kahne to go to SHR if he's not completely happy w/ 2010 changes.
