STAGE 13: San Rafael > Santa Rosa

Connection 76 km | Special Stage 368 km | Connection 281 km | Total 725 km

Course Overview

With two days to go before the finish, the standings can still be modified. No-one can consider being clear of staying stuck in the grey sand of the Nihuil dunes, the last few of the rally. After this part of close to 40 kilometres, larger and faster paths will lead the competitors to the finish of the special. These portions will be a rare opportunity to test on the distance the top speeds of the vehicles while taking good care of the mechanical aspect.

How many times has Robby passed this guy?
If he always does it wrong, I'm thinking RG's passed him more than once...
I'd request a sentinal checkup for all...
Maybe Robby has used the device and found that with this guy it doesn't work.....

Two sides to every story....
A person can remove their own replies, and it will remove replies that others made sometimes.
Robby has raced and shared the course with the bikes in Baja and elsewhere for over two decades.

Any other alleged incidents?

Do you really think Andy Grider would ride shotgun with a driver who has a reputation of punting bikes?

Have you ever been stuck riding behind a couple of quads?
And Robby himself rides motorcycles
Exactly. 'Nuff said.
When RG won the stage, The SBS Daily overview showed Peterpencil held up behind a Quad...
Their comment was along the line of, if it weren't for this he surely would have won the stage...
Maybe his sentinal is out too...
don't know nothin bout punting no bikes.....

what I do want to know is whether RG has a real shot at moving up in the OA?
Maybe 7th is within reach ?
The last stage should be interesting. I'm more concerned with Robby and Andy hanging on to 8th. The last stage is flat and fast WRC stuff.

Terranova is less than 3 minutes behind OA and starting 2 minutes ahead of Robby tomorrow. Terranova's team mate in the other Mitsu, Spinelli, is in10th about 8 minutes back and will be starting 3 minutes behind BJ.

I think BJ may be able to catch the Bowler tomorrow for 19th OA (BJ beat him by over an hour today.)

Need clean mistake free runs tomorrow.
nothing wrong with walking away from the pageant with the 8th best looking contestant.
8th best in the world on a one race schedule is not shabby at all. Most of these guys do this format full time.
