I'd be more inclined to see this as an opportunity to shift funds from the fully funded offroad effort to the underfunded Cup effort. Robby "pays" for the freightliner equipment, and freightliner "pays" for the Cup sponsorship. The net effect is $$$ coming out of the RGOR and going into RGM(Nascar). There is nothing wrong or illegal about this, it's all RG's resources.
