used the rest of the race as a test session after the exahust issue.
I find it funny that my post gets deleted just for being a realist. All I said was that RGM has been pathetic and disappointing this year and that is reason for a post to be deleted?!? WOW.
AARRRGH!

Another lost weekend. Team seems to be in free-fall. Still a big lead on 36th. Should finish in the top 35.
Maybe the problem is that all of the NASCAR guys are gone from the team and maybe you don't build a CUP car like you do an offroad car! Maybe he should try to buy some chassis from Gibbs and learn a little bit about how they are building fast cars these days. I am sure Mr. Kerr is laughing his ass off over at MWR. I really have no desire to piss anybody here off but I really feel like that. I know that no matter how smart you are if you tried to build your own dirt late model car and complete with Bloomquist, Rocket, Mastersbuilt, Barry Wright, Warrior, and those guys it would take you a long time before you got on the lead lap with them. I am sure these COT's and asphalt cars are the same thing.
I am sure Robby has some smart guys and indeed, Robby is a smart guy himself, but Gibbs has at least 5 smart people to his every one. I like Gibbs odds much better. Robby at least had a chance at a top 10 when he was buying chassis.
Well folks that is just my humble opinion but the results sure look like I'm at least on the right track.
BTW - there are probably no better fans than Robby fans, truly optimistic and so loyal. I got some Clubhouse tickets this coming Saturday night at Charlotte so maybe the boy will have a good run this week. I sure hope so.

Interseting you brought up Gibbs. As Robby said in a recent interview, it took Coach Gibbs 10 years from when he started his team to when he won a championship. That gives RGM another 5 years or so to get there.

That said, today's performance was very emberassing. I'm sure there will be some serious "details" meetings at RGM in the next couple of days.
It's the helmet cam. Ever since it's been a mainstay on raceday, the luck has been shitty.lol
IS "Check exhaust bolts" not on a checklist? How embarassing!!!
Not one single person went and even looked for a friggen Four leaf clover to put in a planter did you???????????????????????????????????????????????? now you see what happens!!!!!!!
Free me from this curse....not one person would help lift the curse now you know!
OK, I will go find a four leaf clover for this coming week.
my yard has no clover
Robby stated at Watkins Glen, "We have really good cars, but first we have to find a way to quit beating ourselves. We can't go out and beat the other teams until we figure that out first."

Well, it's been several races since he made that statement and the results: Michigan (37th accident), Bristol (32nd 10 laps down), Atlanta 16th (good run), Richmond 24th (Gilliland drove), Loudon 24th, Dover 34th (accident), Kansas 34th (accident), Fontana 38th (mechanical issue).
As long as its profitable, Robby will keep on being Robby we all follow.
