Gas you've got some valid points, but here's a couple things they could do on their budget. Force the driver to work multiple lines. How many times has that top groove worked for RG, as opposed to how many times it's worked against him? Also, how about parts management. Several times this year the 7 team has bitten by parts failures. Now I know we don't have the budget to put brand new everything on a car before every race. However, Rob needs to get somebody on tracking parts mileage, longevity, & repair/replacement schedule.
I don't mind the personal attacks. What have you ever done in your life to achieve your dreams? Have you ever taken a multi-million dollar risk and worked your ass off to make your dream come true? I have! If allpromotion is yours then congratulations. It would have been a lot harder for me if everyone around me wasn't supportive and just said you stink and will never make it.

I am as conservative politically as they come. I will put my unwavering conservative and christian values up against anybody's. We currently own three small businesses that are struggling and I do NOT want any Government buyout. The market and God will take care of us one way or another.

There is a fine line between reasons and excuses. I stand by that I have given reasons instead of excuses.
It was a response to a previous post that personally attacked me. TOG deleted it before I could respond.
RGFan, this was probably directed more at me then anyone else. That's okay because I agree with you on most parts. I get very frustrated that RG runs in the 30s and is in 34th in owner points. My wife can't stand being around me after the race. I am not content but I am glad every week that RG and RGM are going up against the machine.

However, I do think we have a different definition of bashing. The Monday morning quarterbacks that constantly bash RG and RGM when I am sure they are doing their best. Do you really think they like where they are at in the points and like the finishes? Criticism is okay and it should be constructive. Who can provide constructive advice? Who has real solutions? Most of the negative comments are destructive.
Robby + 2 tires = WALL
2 tire stops never work.
I don't think that means the book is growing any. Pretty sure if the tire pressure was that far off, we beat ourselves again. That seems to be a constant. A constant shame, but a constant none the less
Mike, I wondered about that too. Was the pressure off when they put the tire on or was there a slow week after running over something? The former is the team's fault and there is nothing you can do about the latter. I remember him complaining about being very loose well into the run.

The two tire stop was for the right side and the right side was low. Could have run over something on old or four fresh tires.
Could've had completely the wrong inner pressure too. Could'vd been a bad valve stem, maybe debris. If he were running in the same groove as everybody else, we could about write that off. Could he have picked up something out there by the wall? sure..
Spotter should've picked up on that low tire, but again Rob was up by the wall. Spotter might not had a good view of the rr.
Any way you cut it, this should've been prevented.
I understand the frustration. But there is a difference between frustration and bashing.
I was there, Robby was decent early, then lost track position, then brushed the wall twice and screwed the tow up and he sucked after that..........
How was the race overall? Some folks in the chat room were saying they preferred the old Bristol configuration.
