Robby testing at Road Atlanta 7/20 & 7/21

Robby will be testing at Road Atlanta the next few days. Those who dont get Robbys twitter feed, here is the message from today.

"Before heading to Indy this week, Im making a pit stop at Road Atlanta today and tomorrow trying to perfect the setup for the WG race."

I think the strategy of the past is thrown out the window due to the "shootout style" restarts. It almost gaurentees late race cautions. Remain up front (top 10-15) and then claw your way to 1st!!

I would say yes. The car was brand new at Infineon, and got better as the weekend progressed. Should be really fast for WG.

Far differant RC. Much faster at WG. I live in Vegas and will not be betting your farm on it. LOL maybe your cattle but not the entire farm. lol

Has Pit Strategy actually been a recurring issue at Watkins Glen? People here seem to get confused that Robby is always finishing up front at both road courses. He isn't. He's horribly hit and miss with the results at Sears Point and always has been. Watkins Glen, he won't be the favorite to win, but its the only track on the schedule you can reasonably expect a top five from RG.
