Well put. Sorry about your Buffalo thing. I have heard of people who spent a decade there one winter! lol
The other thing I wondered about........How is it that Bobby Labonte gets spun.....he could have drove away from hit....he starts to drive away and then just stops intil the yellow is thrown....at which point he takes off and stays on the lead lap..........NASACR shouldn't have thrown the yellow....but they did.......

I think Robby owes Bobby one now as well.....
No he just stalled it. They were all running first gears that were extremely tall. Almost no one could get going after pit stops, much less in the dirt. If anything, blame NASCAR for being a little too caution happy as usual.

But let's not go blaming everybody else. It was a gamble. It didn't pay off. End of story.
Yeah, when Rob pits, I think Mike Helton gives the word for a yellow to come out . This week, it was bobby labonte's turn to take one for the team.

In all seriousness, Rob is running better this year, than he did last year. Remember the way his Dodge at some tracks was just downright awful.

Also, we talk about Rob's bad luck - but his decision to go with Toyota is looking pretty good with the Dodge teams facing an uncertain future.

If Rob were still with Dodge, I feel his season would be ruined because that company would have pulled the plug on Rob's funding before anyone else's.

Is that the sun I see? Why, yes it is!!!
I don't think so. I beleive the dirt would be a lot less likely to stall, dirt would make slicks spin easier than pit road.
Tim - read my post, previous page. Pulling this shit should get you parked for 5 laps... but I don't know how you could enforce it, sometimes they really wont start and the gears are high (also lots of clutch/transmission troubles on a road course)
I missed the enitire race, so what happened at the end?? to get a 36th place finish
Work up this morning and I dont feel any better. Cup racing should be sponsored by "Mega Millions". It is a lottery on who is going to survive and Robby has no luck to win a lottery. If he does get lucky, NASCRAP will find a way to hit him below the belt.

Note for Boris Said: " For all the fancy foot work and road racing experience, you cant slow down a car to make a corner for sh#ts. You punted a dozen car during the race. Find a new job"
He's very good but I noticed that too. I think he was sooo agressive because his funding has dried up and he seldom gets a chance to race, also most of the guys hes trying to pass, he taught his line and little tricks to. That has to make it tougher, especially with a team that also seldom attempts races.
Ok this how to pretty much sum it up. Robby had a good race car. Didnt pit in time, Caution flies gets traped, Restarts 28th, Makes his way through the field avoiding all the wrecks, Then on the last lap he wrecks w/ Mark Martin and Jeff Burton he finishes 36th.I'm interested to see what happened on the las wreck and his take on it
be nice to see a video of the last lap wreck...hopefully it wasn't a pissed of RG dive bombing into the corner!! what place was he in before the last lap incident??
thanks......too bad it had to end that way
