I will be there. If you take the Bruton Smith exit off I-85 and park to your right coming towards the track parking is free.
is it worth the money for good tickets?
I just got 4 tickets off ebay for $65 total. Turn 2 row 61.
as long as you are betweeen turn 4 to turn 1, or frontstretch I woud say you will be ok, because the sun sets on the backstretch and you can't see anuthing till about 7:45.
Hey I'll be there Friday and Saturday, where you gonna be at? I'll be camping starting Monday the 18th. I am all in for a party!
If you have time, I'd suggest you check out NASCAR Speed Park that is in Concord Mills, right down the road from the track. It's a NASCAR Themed go cart track that has a two story indoor track, a slick track, two family tracks, and one that you need licences to drive as well as bumper boats and games. Very cool place to hang out if you have a few hours to spend. Last time I was there it was like $38 and you could race ALL day, as many times as you wanted.

The track is expensive, kinda. Lowes has a new thing this year though that is a $1 menu. Hotdogs, mini hamburgers, popcorn and I believe something else is onlye $1 each.

T-shirts will run you around $25 or $30 a piece, hats about $20, diecasts anywhere from $10 to $75. Anything you get to eat is really expensive, though I love their funnel cakes and lemonade. That runs about $10 for both.

They also sell pit passes for $100 and that's worth it if you've never been on pit road, but if you've been on pit road before, then it's no big deal, I don't think.

I perfer front streach seats because you can see more of the introduction and stuff, anywhere around row 17 and up is good and is WELL WORTH IT!

If you are there for the 600 Weekend, that Friday they have a HUGE cookout on Pit Road, Start Finish line area that is free if you have a 600 ticket and they're serving hot dogs, hamburgers, brownies and bunch of other stuff. Clint Bowyer and other drivers are cooking up along with some chef.

I'll PM you my cell phone, text me and maybe we can meet up and have a couple of beers.

I'll be at Trackside for the taping on Friday and at Robby's trailer for his autograph signing around 1 on Saturday. It starts at 2, but I like to be early and be near the front.

If you've never met Robby, you MUST do that. Even if you have met him, it's always great to see him again. Always really friendly with the fans.
Something else for you to do if you are Sprint customers:

Sprint to provide fans access to driver meeting for all-star race

Sprint customers this weekend will be given exclusive access to a typically private race weekend tradition, the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series driver/crew chief meeting.

The one-time opportunity will be available to fans before Saturday’s NASCAR Sprint All-Star Race at Lowe’s Motor Speedway, and the audio broadcast will be streamed exclusively on Sprint phones via NASCAR Sprint Cup Mobile for customers away from the track and on NASCAR Sprint FanView for race fans at the track. The meeting audio will be available on NASCAR Sprint Cup Mobile for repeat listening through the following week.

“The driver meeting is about as ‘inside’ as one can get, and we take a great deal of pride in using our technology and position in the sport to deliver this unique experience to NASCAR fans,” said Steve Gaffney, director of sports and entertainment marketing for Sprint.

Meeting attendance is mandatory for all drivers and crew chiefs starting the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race each week. NASCAR penalizes any driver or crew chief who misses or is late to the meeting by requiring that team to start at the rear of the field, regardless of qualifying position.

In addition to this content, Sprint customers also will be treated to Speed’s television coverage of NASCAR Sprint All-Star Race in its entirety on Sprint wireless phones via NASCAR Sprint Cup Mobile.

NASCAR Sprint Cup Mobile, an exclusive wireless phone application from Sprint, also will feature the Speed coverage of the NASCAR Sprint Pit Crew Challenge on Thursday.

NASCAR Sprint Cup Mobile is available with data plans at no additional charge on capable Sprint phones. Customers can download the application by texting NASCAR to 7777 on Sprint phones (standard rates apply) or visiting www.sprint.com/speed for more information.
