so who does nascar blame for all this at the end of the day? If someone gets hurt or killed, who will they point the finger at?

Robby reported that he needs the right rear spring changed... He is getting 6 laps to tires... 11 laps to cords... 8 cars in the garage.

Between the scanner and the coverage this is a real cluster.

Why can't they have more than one tire company to choose from? Then Goodyear would bring the best tire they could so that they wouldn't look like shit.
