2009 Texas Race Weekend Discussion

Join in here and discuss all the weekend activities at Texas for Robby Gordon. Here is the schedule for the weekend,all times eastern standard. First practice is on Friday at 1:00pm, followed by qualifying at 4:30pm both on SPEED. There will be 2 practices on Saturday at 12:00pm and 1:20 also on SPEED. The race is on Sunday ,April 5th at 1:30 pm. Don't forget live chat every Sunday, beginning at 10:00am-. Unless those were qualifying laps, he should get back out there and see how the car does on longer runs.

Second best Avg time....that i like.
Are they off track setting up for Qual trim now or was that qual trim?? Anyone have inside scoop?

they are only going to work on Q trim today.

Depending on the qualifying draw and track temp when Robby goes out, he has a shot at a Top 10 qualifying effort if he can pick up a couple tenths. IF he backs up his practice time, then I predict between 11th and 16th. Of course, this is just my uneducated guess.
