What kind of money is involved in RGM?? how much does it take to compete?

I know it takes alot....but just wondering how....underfunded, im so inpressed every week to see teams like this just start the race. But to be in the top 35 is awesome. JB

the basic nascar enery fee is 5,000

I believe once your entered in the event, you wouldn't need to pay for the back-up if needed.

I wouldn't doubt they charge you again. They have to inpect the back-up car. I sure somebody knows the correct answer.

If I remember correctly from what I heard on a pre-race show that they also have to pay per car that goes through pre-race inspection. I think they said it was $15,000 per car, that it cost $45,000 at Daytona for 3 cars for Ryan Newman.
