Stage 13 - Friday, January 16

La Rioja > Cordoba

Connection: 161 km | Special: 545 km | Connection: 47 km | Total: 753 km

After having swallowed thousands of kilometers, participants will face a first-class physical challenge in this next-to-the-last stage. State-of-the-art pilots must maintain their position, while amateurs must avoid an excess of confidence. Errors can leave bitter memories, since this will be the day of cacti. At the bivouac, doctors will no doubt be called on to wield the tweezers. Finally, for the experts of traditional rallies, certain routes are part of the patrimony of the World Cup that takes place every year in Cordoba. Here, aficionados will guarantee a large popular fiesta.

Thx man it's nice to know I'm not talking to myself.
Next weekend 24th and 25th, the Leap in on Friday the 23rd
Ill miss the chat with the gang for sure. I have been in Florida since 1992 and only returned once for an HDRA race in Vegas. Racing for nearly 20 years and then walking away from the desert cold turkey was tough. I do so love the desert. Im hoping to go to Baja next year for a race for my 60th birthday.
BIll, you make that offer and I just might take you up. I was not sure how to sneak a rental car down there so that would solve a problem or two. Getting Married in september and the wife would likely want to go. shes a hoot and a real Robby fan.
Does anyone remember how well Miller did on the last traditioal ralley like stage?
Well enough that Robby will not make up any ground unless he has problems...

The VW is just more suited to the stage, regardless of driver.
Millers worst stage finish is 7th. In the last six stages, he has four 2nd place finishes, one 3rd and a 4th.
Good morning everyone. I have made sure to get the "away from the desk" work completed early so I can sit back and enjoy today's event. Hope everyone out there is keeping warm!
Yep weather suuuuure is nice today! So nice that right after todays stage, I'm headed out for a little Glamis dune ridding. GAS ON.
Have the TiVO set on VS to record the next last three stages. Hopefully i get to come home to see Robby on the podium....
Tooltime checking in! I have a busy day scheduled today, so i will be in and out. good luck everyone and Team USA! Just be smooth all day...
Just got outta the pool, had to swim a few laps before this gets started. Damn it was hot yesterday!
Glad to hear not everyone is "suffering" in the cold. ;) I would much rather have warm weather anyday!!
