TOG said the trailer won't be in Homestead and I was so hoping to be the first in line to congratulate the new SCORE champ! But reason dictated he wouldn't be getting down to FL in enough time to make appearances. Now I gotta figure out how to sneak into the garage area! Any ideas?

Ho Sweetie!! Hope the 200lb mouse was lucky with the hunting today. It was beautiful most of the day here and in the 70's. Got some rain mid afternoon, but otherwise a good day.
Susan was diagnosed with a tumor yesterday. Not sure what is what yet. We have decided not to worry over it until we hear the results. Trying to have a sense of humor so we named the tumor Joyce. You remember what a 'pain' she was! LOL!!
Speaking of Joyce, she is off man hunting. She doesn't want to go without a man to her retirement party. Some of her 'admirers' have been quite comical.

Like I said, we are trying to face this with humor. Joyce is our favorite pain in the butt, so the name seemed appropriate. J2 for short, and so those not getting the joke will not give us crap about it. All I know is it made Susan smile when we did it and that is important at this time.
60ish here today, but I am going to stay in and do some much needed indoor chores. Besides, I LOVE 'Dega so I have to watch it. With your spring trip next year, I guess Dega is out for us. Maybe we can do it again in 2011. Gibby and I are working on the Vegas trip, but the numbers are dwindling for others. Still hoping you guys can make it down for something next year. We'll talk soon, and make plans.

Hope your breathing has returned to normal. Double disappointing race for me, but I have to admit I enjoyed it up until the last few laps. Dega is still my favorite!!!

I hate the fact that they have just handed Johnson his 4th in a row. But you know I'll be there yelling and screaming like a crazy woman for Robby. I've even convinced my BF to come with me to the race and he's so excited he's acting like a 5 year old. Sheesh you'd think he'd never been to a race before and he's the one that got me into this. hee hee. I can't wait, weather is supposed to be great. Have a great day. Thanks so much for supporting Susan like you are. News comes tomorrow so fingers and toes crossed. We were laughing today about her having her knee done at the same time as the tumor surgery. That way she should be healed in time to come to another race with us. Take care! Love ya!

Well at least the weather here is good. Going to be in the 70's by the end of the weekend and next week. Only 60's today. Saves on heating costs!!

I do understand he'll run screaming. But I am taking reinforcements to trip him up. It's all in the planning. hee hee And lawsy I've been told that we are going to be on the road by 7 AM in the morning to head to the track tomorrow. All the races he's been to the man has never been to practice or qualifying or a truck race or a Nationwide race. NOW he's gonna find out what a monster he's created. He may end up wishing he'd gone hunting this weekend. nah

I am good this morning..its 55 and sunny here and its beautiful! I'll take it as the are far and few between. Going to do some yard work before the footbal starts this afternoon. Yeah, I know what you mean about them giving JJ the championship. Seems like alot of people feel the same way.The more I read message boards, the more I'm not surprised there are quite a few empty seats in the stands every race. I haven't paid much attention to the races lately either. And Liz Claiborn shoes for $20??? WOW! Not much else going on here but we did get up to 50 degrees today. Hope it heads out your way. 70's ahhhhhh!! Just the way I think Nov. should be! Probably going to listen to the race on the radio as I have some outdoor stuff planned for the afternoon after church and lunch at the sports bar.

Hi Path hope you and yours are well and not catching this flue bug-my bosses all have had it and their kids too. Wasn't that a great lap or two for Robby at Dega? He actually was leading, and I was on the edge of my seat. Didn't last, but it was great while it did. I was looking for an address of Rutan & Tucker law firm, and came across an article that Robby had visited the firm in Oct. and they had a VIP luncheon - Robby had a Beam car and the photo was impressive. Wish I knew how to post these things on the Planet page. Keep in touch - Joan

Had a great time at the track. Weather couldn't have been better. 60's and low 70's. I'm slowly but surely uploading some of my photos (in between working) And thanks to Cliff walking around like he owned the place and belonged we end up in all sorts of places we really weren't supposed to be. shhhh don't tell. He was thrilled to get Robby's autograph on his cowboy hat and get his picture with him. (no tackling required) Also got his picture with Ron Hornaday.

A 10-Pointer! WOW that is fantastic. make room in the freezer, venison is on it's way. Yum!! Tell him I want to see a pic of that rack. More to tell if my attorneys wouldn't make me work so hard. Sheesh you'd think I was gone 2 weeks instead of 2 days.

Feeding (occasionaly) and cleaning up ( the mud room has earnes it's title, lol) I have been working every other Sat for q few months, which adds to the turmoil. I usually volunteer to work, but then again when you are in an office, you see no customers. I may take off this year to go the Pitt/WVU game as I was offered a free ticket.

It was good to talk to you yesterday! Thanks for the call. I also enjoyed the virtual tour of the mall. Don't know if I can remember where things are, but at least I know mine is still the crappier of the two. Trust me, it was a good thing Mouse didn't stop for you that day. Not too much in there to see. All of our better stuff is located about a 1/2 mile across the interstate. Think it is because the mall charges so much rent.

Ok, did you and Mouse ship ya'lls weather down to me? I think the weather is confused. Under freeze warnings, winter weather advisories and SNOW is actually listed in the forecast. And talk of accumulation even along the beaches. This just does not compute. And the potential for snow along the Texas coast 2 years in a row. Doesn't happen. Have a good evening. I'm going to move plants in.

Nope size 7 won't work! Darn it!! Snowed here today for a little while. It only accumulated on the cars and a bit on the grass. Guess I don't mind those kinds of snows. Now if we could get the temps back up to the 60's!! Keep warm up there!!
