Hi Jeremy, glad you found your way here. Bummer to read the Ex RGM employee stuff, but sometimes when something not so good happens, something better is waiting around the next corner. We all wish you the best and maybe once you land back on your feet, you can tell some of us, your point of view of RGM. I know there are good things about working their and like any job there are things that could be improved on. Once again thank you for all the time and information you shared with us on RUR. I hope you will feel like sharing more in the future with all of us on Planet Robby or you can also go to robbynews.com too. If you have not checked it out you should as it is another great site.

Sorry about the ex rgm employee statis but I known several of those(Mike Smith, Eddie Buffington,Dave Forbes etc. here in California over the years. Robby is not easy to work for, but as a fan/friend I wish him and RGM only the Best. Good luck to you in your job hunt. Stop by Planet Robby anytime and check out Robbysnew too.
See if you would've just said hi to me on pit road, this all could've been avoided. J/K bro, hope ya haven't lost your sense of humor.
When you wanna have that liquidation sale, lemme know.
Jeremy, I'd missed your engineering explainations over on Uprising. I wondered if you'd all been too busy to stop by & post. Sorry about the EX-well not if it was your choosing. I hope something great will turn up. You know that saying- one door closes another opens. Stop over at Robbys News. I don't post much-shy- but I get a real kick out of both of these sites. All the best to you. May I be your friend?
Good for you to go out and get another job for another team.
RGM was your first gig in the real engineering world. Trust me, you get your biggest raises when you switch jobs. It will be good for you to get on another team. Hopefully a big team. That way you can further your knowledge. RGM is too small of a team to get the right day to day working knowledge, being so small and basically being one man on an island with scattered direction makes for a stressful day. Hopefully you can find a gig with some very experienced engineers that can mentor you and focus your talent and education.
I've only met you that one time, but I have walked in your shoes of the engineering world. It took me 5 minutes to see what was going on your lab. It's very hard to enjoy your career when you are expected to do everything and be solely responsible to focus your day on your own. It takes at least 3 guys to split up the engineering direction and duties at RGM. Not this guy does this and that and also by the way they run the shop or Chief a crew or drive… It takes a dedicated staff of 3 to run a lab… Period With each additional car you would need 1.5 more staff.
All I can say is this, as your resume expands, your day to day plan of attack will be easier as you learn to attack the important stuff and not get lost in the details.
When you land you next gig let us know, best of luck Bro.
Hey Jeremy. Welcome! glad to see you make it over here. Sorry about the ex-RGM part. But just means there is something better out there for you. And you can still help all of us who don't have a clue about the engineering end of racing. I really enjoyed reading your posts and explaination of things at RUR. Best of luck!
Hi Jeremy Just wanted to wish ya luck in your future ventures... I'm sorry about the whole RGM deal, but whats been said below is right on the money..... better days ahead...ie: JOBS! You'll be like a cat , a talented cat: lands on your feet every damn time! Take care! Good luck, & keep in touch with all of us "Planet Folk" :)))))
Jeremy - sorry you are no llonger with RGM. I frankly don't think Walter is that good for the team. Robby did much better with Frank. But that's water over the dam. Best of luck to you. Yeah that Indy race was a MESS. Are you still rooting for Robby? The weather is going to suck in PA this weekend STAY TUNED. KEEP IN TOUCH - Joan
Maybe you could chime in here bro. I'm curious on yourperspective.

Jeremy, are you going to have another black/grey robby gordon motorsports offical jacket in XL? I really enjoy your store, you have lots of items from different teams, of course I'm a little biased on what I buy. I appreciate your continuation of the engineers blog from last year, I have learned a lot..
