@MJ, No I won't be attending Dirt Week. As a young dreaming to be racer the Syracuse mile, the 'Moody Mile' the paper clip was where I had many racing firsts.
First automobile race -Buzzy Reut.winner. A modified race that was part of the NY state fair.
First motorcycle race- didn't get to watch the whole event -it did spark an interest.part of the fair.
First snowmobile race- Jim Bernat on a Polaris 650 broke a belt on the back straight/white flag lap -never stopped rolling. put a new belt on ,winning the 650 Sno-Pro race. Gilles Villeneuve drove the twin track Alouette and got he ass handed to him.He was the World Champ that year on a single track Alouette.
First time I ever saw motorcycles in a barrell,at the fair grounds.
My cousin's son is racing his sportsman mod , Me my cousin , and some friends are gonna be the pit crew . # 60jr Colton Chappius

Case of SPEED and no one to share it with lol oh well more for me lol
Mike, I remember a video of you riding a scooter in a barrel for cheap whiskey and cigarettes.
Wow didn't know I had so many RG fans so close!! But still not going... Best of luck to Hearn and his Speed Energy Car!
Yeah I'll be rooting for him . Is that your prostock dirt car in profile pic ? Where do ya race ?
It was a prostock....put on 8"tires and it’s a street stock.... I ran it @ Canandaigua Speedway Black Rock and Can-Am Motorsports Park. Only took it out once this year to Canandaigua. I started my own business so I focused all my effort on to that and let the racing stuff sit.
Yeah runnin in the sportsman mod division...Currently runnin the Super Dirt Series tour #30....

Good luck all, keep it out of the fence.
