Kansas is not one of the planned races for the #21 last I knew, which bumps all the cars up 1 spot. In all honesty though, if you can't out-qualify the cars that are currently running 30-40th in owners points, you don't deserve to race.

doesn't mean someone won't be in the 21 next week...... but it's all good....
Yup. Plans could change since the 21 is now locked in. But who knows.......
the 21 was top 35 for most of this season.They have a plan and Kansas isn't on their plan.
RGM plans change,so may the 21 team.
