I hope that Robby puts a very good cup driver in for practice and qualifying at Pocono to get the car in the field.

According to TOG PJ Jones is the driver. But there is only 43 or 44 cars so we should be ok.
P.J. is a racecar driver. It's his job. He knows what he has to do, and he'll get it done.
Well this is what we got. He's qualified robby's cars before, he'll do it again. I'm not worried.
i vote for morgan shepard to qualify.
I hope so. Pocono, Sonoma Loudon and Daytona are the best tracks that Robby could have to get back into the top 34 or 33 before Indy. This could make or break Robbys season for this year and next...
You need to make the race before you can start from the back. Give Terry Labonte a call...
You know it!

My vote is for Scott Riggs or John Andretti..
Champ provisional wouldn't be any good now - Terry would need to be the registered driver. Registration had to be in 2 weeks before the race.
that and the only way the championship provisional would work is if Terry were to race the car. not just qualify and hand it over to Robby.
I thought Waltrip was going to practice and qualify the car at Pocono?
No. Waltrip has a logistical issue with the truck race at texas, as he has to be a part of the broadcast on Speed.
I'm fine with rain as well. Haven't the other two times he's needed to qualify in this year been rained out also?
