Who can be the 1st to give the correct name of what it is and what was it's nickname

I knew the guys at Bill's shop developing that truck at the time. They worked long long hours welding that thing together thinking it was under engineered. With no testing at all , turns out it was . Bill asked Cummings to give it another shot the following year (based on what they learned) and was told NO.
