The fact that KITT was based on a '82 Pontiac Trans Am with the only engine option being a 305 cu.in. 165 hp V8 made it a lame choice for a "super car"

Bruno, a bud of mine has that T/A and is in the middle of a change -over, Pissed because he couldn't get the plate. Studio still has it and they keep it registered.........oh ya, dash, lighted grill, wheels....Bruno being born and raised in Switzerland told me " My favorite Show"... lol
