STAGE 10 TRACKING

STAGE 10: BELEN > LA RIOJA

Connection 485km | Special Stage 278km | Total 763km

COURSE OVERVIEW

The Fiambala dunes have become one of the decisive stages of the Dakar. This year, they feature at the heart of the most critical rally sequence, when drivers and their vehicles will have to demonstrate their aptitude for extreme endurance. Moreover, the day’s stage presents the longest dune section in the shared history of the Dakar and Fiambala, off-piste for most of the time. In short, an open door for desert specialists.

The GREEN section of the route is the connection , the RED is the Special Section of the stage.

wow, Loeb got thru the hard part pretty well - he might win the stage

13:42 : Cars: Peter Pan flies again!

Stéphane Peterhansel demolished the competition in today's special. He spent the entire dune stage on the attack and finished the 244 km special in 4 h 13'32'. His teammate Cyril Despres was the only driver who managed to keep up, finishing second and conceding 'only' 5'40' to his fellow countryman.

Well isn't that special...

Are you talking about his education?

With faster cars coming ASO already says Peterless won

not only that he " demolished the competition"

Simply Marvy!!

Only 5 have crossed the finish and they're already handing out the trophies.

NOW I want Loeb to win just for this

dakar saying stage is 244 km not the 278km or wp5 as end . so sainz in bad shape

I guess Robby had trouble he should have made it to CP2 by now even if a little late.

yes ,come on ROBBY
