STAGE 7 TRACKING

STAGE 7: SALTA > SALTA

Connection 230km | Special Stage 533km | Total 763km

COURSE OVERVIEW

This mega loop with a 500-km long special stage on the agenda will test the teams’ ability to adapt to changes of pace. After stony terrains at the beginning of the day, some top speeds will be recorded in the second part of the stage, and then the drivers’ road techniques will be tested, and all of this at an average altitude of almost 3,500m. To end this highly emotional day, they will have to cross a vast salt flat extending over twenty or so kilometres: a straight stretch which will make the competitors’ heads spin.

The GREEN section of the route is the connection , the RED is the Special Section of the stage.

Since the HST is now built wonder if his California shop (I assume he still has) will be the test bed for running that thing for next year.

YES still in Anaheim I was by there last month

I'm as big a Robby fan as the rest of you. However this race is a US against the rest. Show some respect, BJ has earned it! Also BJ and Robby are suedo-teammates via the Toyo Tire Team.

Ditto

+1
If it came down to Robby vs. BJ for first, I think we'd all be rooting for Robby, but it's not. So Go USA, Go Team Toyo. Boo mini.
Plenty of fire roads up in Death Valley connecting over to Searless valley that he can 100 plus on

rg at wp12 +1h54m

slow but, probably not slow enough to indicate he's being towed. Hopefully the LS lives.
