Stage 8 - Sunday, January 11

Valparaiso > La Serena

Connection: 245 km | Special: 294 km | Connection: 113 km | Total: 652 km
After a day of rest on the shores of the Pacific Ocean, an easier restart has been programmed. On mid-range mountain roads, driving hotshots should be able to really strut their stuff. The experts in car positioning, trajectory and sudden braking will show how it’s done. But for the rally leaders, there is certainly more to be lost than won during this stage.

This stage should be a little over 3 hours total.
Ugh, had to get up to shovel snow at my church. I guess I'll make a morning out of tracking RG.
I love the snow, just not shoveling. I'm usually up at 5:30 am, since I've been on Winter break I stay up til about then before going to sleep til about 4 PM.
Morning all,Lets all hope some of those rabbits get caught in some snairs
Hey brother good one,is that a live snare
Through the first timing area (49km) they'll probably all be pretty even and quick. After that, its all one surface, gravel, which the VWs handle well. Some moderate elevation change to keep the drivers on their toes...
Should be thru KM 49 any minute now.
One that gives a slow death....
im showing sainz followed by a bunch of bikes in the car tracking. ?????
no snow yet but it is coming..... But not whining...
okay. .now just showing sainz thru 49
Yeah, but Sainz showed up over 6 minutes ago. Not that I'm worried...
