It's rigged.... I got Mark Martin too. I don't think Robby was even an option. A few driver's faces appeared as they were "calculating" but I didn't see RG among them.

Guess it isn't rigged to ONLY chase/Hendrick drivers. But I'd sure like to know if anyone playing the game actually gets Robby!
