Join in & discuss all the action for the 2012 Baja 1000 on Thursday, November 15th. Robby Gordon will co-drive the #18 SPEED Energy / TOYO TIRES Trophy Truck with Juan Carlos Lopez. The 4 wheel class is slated to begin at 2:30pm/et ( 11:30 am local time ) & the #18 truck starts 11th. Live tracking, as well as many other important links can be found in our 2012 BAJA 1000 Page and raceday chat will also be available.


Robby Gordon is slated to drive the second half of the race, so Juan Carlos Lopez will run the first 500 miles.

Much happier to see BJ get the championship than Rob Mac . Juan and Robby put up a good fight , and its been a great yr . Lets go get that BITD Championship , kick a little ass in Dakar , then start up the SSTs .
Kinda a long vid at over 10 mins but well worth it . It's in the wash just after the pavement at start . Shows a lot of the TTs & class 1s . Enjoy .

Hey Don, I forgot to ask you how did you guy's do?

RM 488 2nd in class, chasing down a car in his dust & ran up on a Quad in between. On the binders hard, the quad got sucked under the front end and the rider was on the hood w/one leg under. As Ross was backing off the quad, We got center punched at about 60+.
Thus Destroying the Engine & Trans
Everyone came out OK, The Quad continued to race the course... WOW
The car is already striped to the frame and off to Alumicraft. we'll be back.
Next race Parker, BITD.
