will be at work during today's practices and looking forward to some excellent tweets.
As of now, huh? I KNOW A GUY THAT WORKS @ MENARD'S AND JOHN IS GOING TO BUY FROOT OF THE LOOM AND HARRA'S CASINO SO THEY'LL BE BACK ON THE CAR THIS WEEKEND!
Oh well, one could only have hoped something would have allowed a full race. I think even though it's going to be a start and park/test "As of now", I think Robby should go out running competitive and even try to lead if the car is capable of getting to the front. Get some TV time for SPEED, earn a few extra points and once you have all the fan's at the race and on chat all happy, slowly drop back to the rear and exit to the garage calling it a night!
Maybe I missed this but is RG in the car regardless?
TBA
If TBA is in the seat that's fine by me. Robby's time would be better spent doing deals to expand distribution in Florida and leave the start and park dance duties to someone else.
+1 WJM
I wonder if he is even bringing his plate car to the track?
I have a feeling there may be a plan A and a plan B and it still isn't decided which way RGM will go. TOG is pretty good about keeping us informed and maybe they just haven't made the call yet. Seeing comments like "As of now, nope." and "TBA" makes me wonder if the plan is etched in stone yet. Maybe not. I kind of like the suspense.
TBA, more like WRH (We are Hoping)
May the force be with us and leave with an unbent car.....................plan A plan B ...........It is a big race, it's not like its a run of the mill show. I hope this is able to be a very enticing selling point if any pending sponsorship is on the fence that may tip the load one way or the other. We all know what we want and what I don'y want is to be hunting around for a dancing partner all night if that is what it comes down to and it won't take long to decide to get out of the way without one. The decision on the race being made well before the start.
TBA means "To Be Announced" not TBD "To Be Determined" RGM knows who and what is going to happen already. You dont run fresh engines at S&P races as this is how you save money. It is my understanding that tires are ordered from Goodyear and paid for prior to the race. So with that in mined is RGM going to lease a fresh restrictor plate engine for a possible S&P at Daytona? Is RGM buying $2500 per set of tires that they dont know if they are going to be used? Oh and RP races are some of the most expensive races for a team all year. If Robby was going the distance I would think they would have already released a PR about the race and Robby's stats at this track, as this is one of Robby's better races.

Like TOG said it is TBA.
