2010 Chicagoland 400 Race Info & Discussion

Join in here and discuss all the weekend action for the 2010 Chicagoland 400 cup race.Robby Gordon will drive the #7 Mapei/Menards Toyota.This weekend's schedule is somewhat different,as all practice & qualifying will be held in one day,and the race the following evening.Here is schedule for RGM at the Illinois track.

FRIDAY , JULY 9th

Practice           12:30pm - 2:00 pm/et   ( 42nd Quickest )
Practice 2          3:15pm - 4:00 pm/et   ( 30th Quickest )

Practice Live Leaderboard

FRIDAY , JULY 9th

Qualifying           6:00pm - 8:00 pm/et   ( Starting 38th )

SATURDAY , JULY 10th

Raceday           7:00 pm/et , greenflag at 7:46 pm/et ( TV - TNT )

In 2009, Robby Gordon started 41st and finished 34th at this track. RG can easily improve on the 2009 stats.

You know what TOG, I hate you, I just worked on that car and now you update the picture and I have to add more logos. lol. How about telling me what the hood says. Its longer than Adhesives mortars and grouts like it was last year.

EDIT: I found it out its on the lower rear quarter panel lol.

The yellow text color on the site conversion this past Monday should have been the giveaway that there was yellow on the car...lol...

You of all people should have known there would be yellow on the car Garrett. Lol.

That is what makes the car pop.

There is also MAPEI on the decklid, which makes for a complete look.

Yeah, I know. Yellow wasn't on the initial image I saw so I thought they wanted to go a different direction because Mapei is very fussy on their schemes.

Without the speeding penalties Rob had a 26-30th place car....not bad for a car that he completely hated. FYI- Car looked great in person. Indy time!!!

Sweet. I clicked on the Practice Live Leaderboard link above, and I see Robby's name. Then I realized it was from Daytona HH. My week is so screwed up I don't know what day it is.
