@GLuce, the coolant tubes run mid- ship height wise.

Josh RG started at 8:34 local, #550 started at 10:00, and RG had his issue nearly at the start, so my uneducated guess is they hadn't started yet, but did come back for parts. They saved the rally.

Absolutely gut wrenching - so frustrating - makes me want to jump in and help.
Robby /guys keep working hard. Good luck on the journey and safe travels.

So a question about the Boucou truck. Was it just that far behind in the overall standings that it didn't leave the Bivouac yet, or was in in the queue to start & came back to get the parts or was it actually out on course & allowed to come back & get the parts that they put on (are you even allowed to go back to the previous Bivouac once you start out on course)?

@Jiggy I heard him say that and given the circs I would have thought the same! However it's got to be coolant, the radiator is the only thing up front with tube and fittings moving it back to the motor. Fuel cell is behind cab as is motor. If it were fuel they have some real problems with that whole system. All that going on and then to worry about someone coming over on top of you while being that vulnerable, NOT fun.
