Robby returning to Indy 500 ????

According to Leigh Diffey, he said that RG "might be thinking about returning....(key word is might) to drive at Indy after seeing JV sign up.

It's only a possibility if a viable seat were to open up, and the team were to be open to RG.

As cash strapped as this series is and with quality drivers sitting on the side line and owners utilizing pay drivers (open wheels rent a ride drivers) I just don't see it happening. The reason I am an RG fan is because of his past in CART and Champ Car, With RG not driven in a competitive open wheel event in ten years, I just don't see it happening, or any good that would come out of it. Not knocking JV's or RG's talent in that discipline that is Indycar, but open wheel is a young mans sport. We will see what happens

RG7, Yeah I agree with your points. I've seen this surface in the last couple of days. It's also been posted on this site. We'll have to see where it goes, I guess.

If Robby had a weekly video series about the goings on with all his "options" as a racer by Halloween he could have some of the folks (yea you in the grey shirt for one) believing he is booked on a flight to the moon via giant slingshot.

I think that the only thing that RG won't race competitively is 'cycles and I don't mean bicycles.
