This piece, which I described to friends and family as "A bit of fun before we get serious again" is all about and completely inspired by Robby Gordon, who is indeed a Racer for All Seasons. If you click right about here, you will be magically transported to my page at Race Fans Forever. Please enjoy, and don't be afraid to comment. Even if you don't leave one, do read them. You'll find a whole lot of love there for our favorite racer.

@PattyKay, Thank you, another fun read.

That one was entirely my pleasure Mike. I love it when I get a chance to be light and airy instead of always carping and complaining about Brian and his minions. Unfortunately, they keep doing the things that make me do that! LOL

@PattyKay, I don't mind the BF rant's. It confirms I'm not crazy. About that anyways. :-)

On the good side, they go a long way toward proving he is! S-t-r-a-n-g-e man!

Enjoyed the article on Robby. Great job as always! BTW, I think there are a lot of us who agree with you on Brian. Keep on doing what you do.

Thanks Sarah! At my age, it's about all I can do. If I do it well, then that's a plus. Either way, I'll keep on Hon! ♥

Awesome story . When people ask me why I root for Robby that article pretty much sums it up . Thanks for sharing it .

Thank you for the kind words. I've followed Robby for years, and it's a pleasure to write about him. It's always in a good light.

Some other racing he did.....I remember a Nevada 500 race in the 'Hay Hauler'. He could barely see over the dash. I think that why he was so fast. The first time I saw him he was about 12 years old hanging out in his dad's pit at Riverside. This story you posted reminds me of a lot of racing. Thank you for putting it together.

This one was truly my pleasure. I've always loved Robby; still do!
