@Kevin is that crazy or what. On camera !!!

i was downtown last night enjoying the festivities... saw a TON of Speed an SST gear being worn. watched a bit of the pit crew challenge, but i can only listen to so much of cameron steele before i need to leave and get another drink. love the guy.... but needed a break. beaver was sporting his Speed gear as normal while announcing the pit crew challenge as well. Parnelli Jones was there as well and Cameron and Jim talked to him for a bit. Saw a bunch of the old school trucks that we all grew up with on display too. Was really cool to see those. Ran into Andy Grider while hanging out. Hope he comes back into the Dakar effort. Was a fun night. Tonight will be better though!

Good for you Scott !

@tobin. It's my understanding that rgm and Clyde rpm deal is finished for now. Got that info from other threads on here. It would be cool to see them team up in the future

3rd quickest means 2nd,. Right? he will start hand to hand with Bryce M,. have no doubt he will beat BM at the start,. he will be in the hunt for Dale,. then, clean air,. all over for everybody else, lol,. keep my fingers crossed.

bryce will be tough... he will be balls out just like rob. sometimes this race its not always best to be first on the road... keep out of the dust, but it is a rough course... let someone else blaze the trail and find the rocks???

Cruise the 1st few hundred miles then balls to the wall the last . Just play it smart . Robby has a good starting spot no need to go all out at 1st . Just set a steady pace .
AWESOME VID !!!!
A little advice please - I'm a Vegas local, old time friend/neighbor of Robby during the early years (10-15). Where's the best place to go/park to watch the race tomorrow? Also any advice regarding tonight's activities would be greatly appreciated. Haven't been to an off road race in over 10 years and I'm taking my 12 year old son to his first. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks PR!

Here's the spectator spots
Spectator Area 1
This is the largest spectating area of The Mint 400 and features a high-speed straight away where you can see the vehicles driving at their top speeds.
Spectator Area 2
The newly named “Rigid Industries Quarry” will be the most popular spectating area on race day, and will definitely fill up fast. It will feature a slew of new obstacles and has over five miles of nasty racecourse. The Rigid Industries Quarry features a fantastic overview of all the Mint 400 off-road action.
Spectator Area 3
The third spectating area features a high speed section and slight left hand turn that will put vehicles on the edge.
Spectator Area 4
Known for its high speeds through monstrous whoops, this stretch of the course will be shredded by the fourth lap.
Here's a map of where the areas are
