Diesel is a hard sell in the US outside of HD trucks and Big Rigs. GM Olds based diesels burnt a lot of people.

In an hour and a half RG is scheduled to start. We should know no later than that I guess. Might just be a ploy for the ASO to say we scheduled him and he did not start removing personal liability. Tracking is working well and the fastest bike reached WP1 in about ten minutes...

RG is on the oficial list of the dakar's page starting grid number 52th. He'll start at 11:00:00 dakar time. Good feeling....

Question is, if Robby does start, which Robby will it be? Will he be fan favorite Robby casually running the stage and stopping to make time for the fans and showing what the HST can do... Or will it be determined Robby running balls to the wall gunning for a stage win? Would a stage win count? Lots o' questions..

e stage late in the day. Unfortunately in late breaking news, it appears as if whatever damage had been done to the vehicle at this point was not able to be corrected and Gordon’s Dakar seems to be over for another year. Truly a two week period that could leave most competitors completely gutted, Gordon would have loved to put on a great show for his throngs of South American fans during the final two stages. I saw this on RDC, hopefully it's not truth
