Your absolutely right Dave that they do get better each and every week and I know the broadcasters make mistakes just like anyone else, it just seemed like he had no idea of the course layout when the 1st heat race started. I'm sure your right about not getting more than an hour in general this season, I just hope they see the amount of people wanting more and give it to them next season.

Prolly me you guys were blasting and honestly I still feel the same about what's going on here.

I'm not sure what you guys are seeing or hearing to sway your mindset but the broadcasts are not getting better.

Today could not have been a better example because the F1 event followed SST. It made it seem that much less professionally done , the points leaders name was mispronounced in our broadcast. That's just not excusable and sums up where we still are 4 weeks in.

I realize we're cutting for time constraints but the cuts have to go smoother, as to the transitions. Information flowing in a proper timeline is petty easy to do on a tape delayed event.

A few people here (myself included) bend over backwards to follow the series and we know what's missing. How do you think average Joe sees this stuff? At times, it's like the camera and commentators don't know what to show so we just get irrelevant racing and commentary. I hear way to much dialogue that sounds more like an SST infomercial than race based commentary.

Im sorry but go watch TORC coverage from today, same situation and its years ahead of what we are seeing.

The underlying issue is some fans will be shallow enough to allow poor broadcasts to mean poor events and never give SST another look or chance. Sadly, that's a reality even if some of you can't grasp the concept.

As fans, it's fine if we "learn as we go", nothing else should follow that plan.

@Team, are you a broadcaster or in the biz? Professional critic?
Honestly the average fan is not as critical of the show as you are.I had none race fans watch to get their impression,their reaction is opposite of yours.
Personally,I really don't listen to the broadcast crew for any racing event,so if they screw up it like water off a ducks back. If broadcaster's need to be dead on ,explain Darrel Waltrip?

I don't think it is fair in anyway to try and compare this series to any other series on the broadcast, F1 has been around forever and the TORC series has been around for many years. My bad was commenting before watching the entire race as they did address the Lalo incident later. I still think they need to make sure to have there cliff notes in front of them when calling the race but this is new to them as well and I do agree with Dave that it keeps getting better every race. I think SST deserves at least a 1 1/2 hour time slot but it's still in it's infancy and to even get air time on a major network right out of the gate is huge.

call 4wheel parts i got mine for last even for 25 each great seats best views imo
