Robby Gordon Helmet Toss - He's Pissed!

Robby Gordon was on Claire B Lang's show on XM Radio tonight ( 8-29-12 ) and he is not too happy about getting fined 25k for the helmet toss ( No fine for Tony Stewart for his throw ) .

Recap -In 2005, Robby Gordon got fined 25k from nascar for the helemt toss on Mike Waltrip, plus a 10k fine for his TV interview ( dropping the SHIT bomb ) . Tony Stewart throws his helmet at Matt Kenseth, receives no fine.

I'd bet a $100 if Robby had thrown that helmet last wknd, he'd a been fined no questions asked. Nascar is shit. They have their favorites period, because after all without their favorites they wouldnt have half the fans they do now.

Robby is 100% right here and that is why the "sport" is floundering,hendrick controls the action,they still use traction control noting is done about it the difference between the have's and the have nots is the grand canyon! this car was supposed to help,all it did was was get rid of the little man, just what nascar wanted and now they reap what they sow.The double standard has been alive and well for years,for whatever reason Nascar has never liked Robby Gordon can someone please tell me why?Jarrett and sadler were ready to quit when they heard Robby was gonna buy out Yates why?thse 2 bums could not carry his steering wheel but that is beside the point,why do they hate him so?Jealousy?i wish Robby would drive for a team with a chance to make the chase ,he could win the title and the powers that be would not be able to stop it

Bud if you could answer that question you should play the lottery cause you'de win every week . All I can think of is NASCAR doesn't like the fact that Robby has always been the black sheep of NASCAR and was his own man , not conforming to what they feel is what a NASCAR driver should be . He ain't the " blueprint " driver like Jr or any of the " popular " drivers so they don't want anything to do with him . As far as I'm concerned that's perfectly ok with me since I've always ( and will continue to ) feel / knew Robby's TRUE world is OFFROAD !
