Join in and discuss all the action from Stage 11 of the 2012 Dakar Rally. Robby Gordon finished 4th in stage 10 & is now down over 19 minutes in the overall standings. Cars begin stage 11 at 7:44am/et (9:44am local). Raceday chat will be available throughout the entire 2012 Dakar Rally. Raceday chat now works on the Ipad & Iphone.

COURSE OVERVIEW

For the Dakar's first day in their country, Peruvians will be entitled to two special stages and additional kilometres for the motorcyclists. After a day spent switching between off-piste sections and areas interspersed with rivers, they will benefit from a moment of camaraderie?: a specific bivouac will be set up for them before they continue exploring Peru. The concept, which had not been tried out again since the camp of Foum Zguid in Morocco during the 2007 Dakar, will also create a major obstacle which will affect the management of the race. The assistance vehicles will not be authorized in the maintenance area, where only the motorcyclists and quad riders will be able to help each other.

I have a 4 hour drive ahead of me but will be keeping track via IPad. I was up late last night installing an inflating system on my Lexus.

you too? I took my little "slime" cigarette lighter air compressor and installed it on my honda so i can get improved engine performance.

I figure now when i need a little improvement i'll plug that baby into the cigarette lighter and away i'll go...

I heard a rumor these air devices can improve motor performance by double. I was thinking if installed in the driver compartment it might even be used to give the driver more energy and better alertness. Just think of the possibilities...

So far so good. Keep it in Qualifying mode. Robby started 6 minutes behind Petergrettel so things could get dicey if Robby approaches a 6 minute lead in the stage.

Hope most of you have a great time with this but I'm done we have a handfull of people on the race chat with holier than thou attitudes that have sold robby down the river. It seems as far as they are concerned he is guilty and antone who says different get riciculed. I come here to enjoy myself and root for my favorite driver not tobe put down by some no it all assholes I'll check the results at the end of the day those of you who seem to find yourselves supieor to the rest of us you can all stuff it it's not up to you to shoot down everone who has a differing opinion from you or to try and temper others enthusiasm because you don't think they should get over excited. I can't understand what enjoyment you get from crapping on others but if you really have to be a bunch of debbie downers just keep it to yourselves FUCK!! all I want is to enjoy this but can;t becaues some asswipe feels the need to point out why everyone is wrong!!!! YOU FEW CAN GO TO HELL everyone else goodluck enjoy and be careful what you say.....GO ROBBY GO !!!!!Later

why are people talking about the appeal still ? Robby Gordon is leading Stage 11. Shoot me a message about the few members you had issues with. While I cant control what other peiople say or do in a public, free , environment, I can give them the boot for being a dick. Thanks for the support wallly
