MAN! I would love to be a chassis setup guy on this team! I cant stand it!!!

Solid Axle will give more travel. However, with proper shock and spring tuning with less travel, one could make the IRS work just as well.

I have to agree with you Mike when the TT's and one cars qualify and are intermingled at the start the ones fare alot better that's why I wonder about the independent set up not being more prevalent in TT's maybe it has to do with being more truck like and not like a buggy but that just sounds lame.

@Wally, This is the norm in Class 1.IMO .Why doesn't Class1 cars win more often? IMO becouse they start after all the TT's. The course is more torn-up,dusty and blocked by not as fast TT's. Look how important starting at the front of this years Baja1000 was,as an example.

Wonder why this configuration isn't more popular in the TT class? dependimg on the course RG makes it work the same thing in class one it works there. Is it just not possible to get the travel out of an IRS that you get with a solid axle four link set up. Is it the severity of the angles or the size and weight of the components required to attain the wheel travel? Or a combination of both. You see something this beautiful and fast and wonder why it's the exception and not the norm.

Hey TOG, do you think you could swing a nice pic of the front end, chassis, shock, spring, arms ect...? This is some nice stuff.
