Are you serious? Quit watching the news...

Sure there are problems. But then again, driving down an alley in downtown LA is just as dangerous.

FYI, if you are traveling to SF for the race, I would recommend going through Mexicali, not TJ.
I've also been wondering if this would have any impact on the Baja races. They are a few months away but one would think SCORE is going to have to address it sooner than later.
I'm aware of that. I meant if it gets worse how will those races be impacted. Obviously SCORE doesn't feel its serious enough at this time to cancel the San Felipe events. I would imagine they have taken some extra precautions though.
I have going down to San Felipe for years and have never had a problem. This is not one of the problem areas.
I think SCORE is smart enough to not put it's drivers in danger.
Some Vegas teams are armed and have hired security and are only taking absolutely essential personnnel, they take it very seriously.
i live near mexicali and its no where near as bad as other places, but i still take precaution on the highway.
Here is a video of some of the dangers.
The butt crack was very scary. My Eyes!
I can't even spell the monster's name but I have heard of him.
I KNOW THEY WERE WARNING SPRING BREAKERS OF THE VIOLENCE.
AND I THOUGHT THAT THESE THINGS WERE TAKING PLACE IN POPULATED AREAS.
I will take Mexico over Iraq any day, lol.....Brian, dont worry about Robby, didnt you get the memo about Baja Bills buddy Zembo?
