Listen folks, Jim Beam Contracts out a company to do "street marketing" in the local markets(primarly to target your local bars and liquor stores). The compnay brings to town on a trailor a Jim Beam nascar street legal vehicle to park at said events to generate business. Heck if your lucky the driver (not Robby) will maybee even take you for a ride in the street legal nascar vehicle. The pictures posted earlier and in this thread were of the street legal vehicle that has the new Toyota nose and new Jim Beam Decals that will be the paint scheme this year...anyone else need any clarification???

100% correct. This is the street legal car, with his 2009 paint scheme. The photo was ONLY to give the folks an idea what the 2009 scheme looked like,because a few folks were crying about nothing being released yet.
