Jake, It's not body flex your seeing, it's suspension movement.Becouse Cup cars run truck arms that are mounted almost center chassis,that's where you see the chassis rise first.Also note where engine torque peak vs hp are.
Listen to the engine- the rev's pick up-more-more, than the chassis starts to rise (torque peak) the engine pick's up rev's quicker and just before rolling off throttle is horsepower peak.Play it more and enjoy.Thanks again WJM.

I am amazed to see how that body flexes from head to tail. If the car is doing this on the track , you would think this affects aero . Very interesting. I would love to see more of this behind the seens stuff.. thanks
