She was driving eastbound on 694. The road below is 35E. She has past the S 35E exit to Dwntwn St.Paul. The lane closest to the Cam is 35E as it ties to 694 westbound.

-14 here in Oakfield . Thruway ( interstate 90 ) closed from Rochester to Pennsylvania state line . State of emergency in effect for all of western NY . Travel ban for everything other than emergency vehicles

Sub Zero temps around -20dF, Auto exhaust freezes to pavement & is known as Black Ice. Salt & sand won't melt it when it's that cold. This lady launched her Ford Explorer off the overpass. Luckily she landed upside down on the downslope of the hill & slid out on the ice. Nothing like desert racing, but interesting to watch.
