Agree completely. That kind of judgment is invaluable, and "pacing" is just as important with cars as with the bikes. But bike riders have a better developed sense of the importance of pacing, as a mistake doesn't just break the vehicle, but brakes bones. I agree that this is a brilliant pairing, and credit RG for coming to fully understand tactics as well as he understands the design and construction of the cars. This is what it will take to win---especially with only a two car team.

I think that Johnny is the best thing to happen to Robby. Please keep him. He has a good head, and being a bike rider, he really knows how to navigate. He is preaching the right thing to Robby in this video.
