My understanding is the 312 was issued an arbitrary 1hr speeding penalty. The team is claiming the sentinel speed warning was overridden by a competitor's hazard alert. This hazard was caused by an inaccurate route book. The course had a substantial change. The raid should have been called at the wp/cp prior to the new hazard. This would nullify the penalty. There is precident for this

29p4.6.c failure to respect an advised sensitive area 1st infraction 15m penalty repeated offense disqualification 29p1.2 sentinel not working due to crew first 20 cars + aso elite drivers 1 hour penalty . robby said kelon dident tell him not that it wasent working . should have been 15m p,other 3m penalty must of been some thing else lots of 1m to 15m p for speeding this year, the other 1m was next day

I don't see much of an argument here, if they admit that they did not make themselves aware of the speed limit. But yeah, I'd be wanting to haul through that mud too, after seeing those other guys stuck.

As I predicted, not the tractor. But that sucks technical foul. One hour is way to steep. But ASO will never reverse it. Let's go get some stage wins.
